Hugh and Harry at the branch were excellent from start to finish. Always responded to calls and email the same day, were always professional and honest and most importantly seem to appreciate how much is at stake when selling a house. Hugh was straight up and didn't try and sales charm into taking our house on, which i experienced else where. Harry did all the bookings and kept us in the loop as asked too by email due to busy jobs. Sharon was also helpful in after sales chasing people. From a customer experience point of view i can't fault it, i never mind paying for service if you get genuine good customer service and we did. thanks all

We have sold our house with Richard James and the whole chain has been very difficult to set up. The service has been excellent, the staff very welcoming. It took less than a week to Hugh and his team to find a buyer. The sale team in Swindon (Hayley, Sam) is also super efficient, gives regular updates, even if nothing major has happened. We really had the feeling that our case was important and dealt with. So sum up this review in 3 words, that'd be: "Thank you all"

Although I didn't end up going for a property listed by Richard James, Hugh was extremely helpful and friendly through all contact which is great for a first time buyer like myself. I'd recommend giving them a call to get registered with them even if you don't find a property you specifically like listed by them, as he's bound to find something meeting the criteria (the last few properties I viewed with him I hadn't even seen on rightmove before).
