My letting arrangements was taken over by Richard James half way through my tenancy. I found that overall the experience was positive but unfortunately my landlord was very slow in responding, however this is not a reflection of the team. The maintenance team were sympathetic with my situation regarding the heating situation in the property and they did continue to do their upmost to resolve the situation. On leaving the property/ end of inspection, I found that the inspection was honest, fair and reflected how long I had lived in the property. Gee Mossom managed my end of inspection and she has been responsive and efficient in finalising everything for my deposit refund, which i am grateful for.

I probably had the best checkout experience of yet. I had to move out in a hurry and was not able to clean certain places but GEE MOSSOM found me a cheap cleaning service and she handeled everything herself. She was always responsive and concise. Definitely recommended.

We’ve just sold and purchased through Richard James, for our mum, and our main contacts were Gareth and Laura. Gareth was really helpful and showed us around the property on his day off and negotiated hard to get an offer accepted. He met us at the property on numerous occasions, at short notice, so we could meet various contractors there. Gareth advised us to put mums apartment up for sale which was sold very quickly. Laura was our sales progressor and she was very friendly and informative and gave a weekly update on our sale and purchase through the whole process. Our purchase took a long time and Laura was always chasing Solicitors and and answering our queries. She worked hard in getting us to completion and even managed to agree a delayed completion date on our sale which gave us time to do a speedy renovation on our purchase.
