Really helpful and proactive, chasing up all the other estate agents and solicitors each week. Handling the difficult negotiations over building works with my buyers and doing her best to make sure everyone is happy. With clear, regular updates and explaining anything I didn’t understand. She was always very quick to answer my emails and return phone calls. She was kind and reassuring when I felt stressed. Jade put so much effort in, from the start until completion - any buyer or seller would be lucky to deal with her!
