Since buying the house in 2020, it being a rocky road getting all the legalities regarding tenancies up together but with the constant help of Grace Dobie I was finally able to move forward with applicants. Called up but it was already going through referencing… sad times. 2 days later, “can you view the house tonight?! It back on the market!” YES WE CAN! Louise was a dream!
