My fridge freezer had broken and unfortunately there was quite a delay in getting it dealt with however once I’d spoken to Louise Roinson on Saturday morning within 30 minutes she had arranged for the supply and delivery of a replacement that day. The way that Louise dealt with me was a display of exceptional professionalism. It’s easy when there’s no problems but I think the measure is how problems are resolved. Louise far exceeded my expectations.
