Great Price Achieved
I had my property on for rent with a large national company, who talked the talk, but just couldn't walk the walk. I then used my small local agent 'Abbey Properties', who by their own admission only have a small number of properties under management, but by God they were quick, professional and achieved the rent we wanted.

Sale of late relatives house
House was in a poor state and required probate so took a while to sell. However pleased with the outcome, Mervyn and Amy have great local knowledge and gave good advice
