Amy left a voicemail extremely patronising & very rude. Saying things like "it's abbey properties calling AGAIN" & "we haven't heard back and that's extremely frustrating" I suggest you quit your job in a customer focused role and go into something more fitting if you feel the need to leave voicemails like this. Won't be recommending this estate agent to anyone. RUDE. No wonder you are struggling to sell the house.
