Was a tenant for ~3 years, reasonable and polite staff who treat students like tenants. Even after i forgot a dear childhood object behind once i had moved out, they were willing to go back into the property and bring it back to me.

Kim from the New Business team was very helpful and easy to work with. She gave us useful guidance as we upgraded our flat prior to re-letting it, efficiently liaised on out behalf with Umega's maintenance team and introduced us to David from the Projects team who gave us usepful long-term advice re our property. Finding a new tenant proceeded very quickly and efficiently so we are now looking forward to more of the same from the management team. No pressure Upod3!!

I would not hesitate to recommend umega as an letting agent. Having been recommended Umega via a friend I have been impressed by their responsive, helpful professionalism. I found the on-boarding process went very smoothly and all the staff involved worked to ensure my flat was unoccupied for only a short period and was was ready for rent with all the safety checks and required certificates performed within a tight timeframe. Callum has been my property manager since the flat has been occupied, and he has been both prompt and helpful in providing guidance on maintenance requirements and tenant queries that have arisen. The professional and efficient manner in which issues have been dealt with gives me confidence that my property is being well managed for both myself and my tenants.

Update. got the explanation from Umega and they explained what happened to the delay. The review before is a little fierce. I think Umega do care about the client and willing to communicate. So I will still recommend Umega to person who look for a caring agent. ----------------------------------------------------- I enquiry about the quote of my flat letting. After 4 days, there is someone reply to me finally. Then after the evaluation day, the agent did not reply to me about the viewing result even I ask them positively. This disappointed me a little bit.

My experience as a landlord with Umega Lettings has been more than satisfactory. They are prompt in providing the monthly statement of account and crediting the net rental proceeds into my account. More often than not, they are able to respond to queries that I may have regarding the apartment. More recently, they also found a new tenant within a very short span of time.
