Received my first property inspection for flat I have been residence for 7 months. Suffice notifications were received in advance and the inspector Grant Ritchie was very pleasant and as unobtrusive as can be in such visits. On the whole very straightforward and allowed me to raise any queries and minor concerns. Thanks

Best agency in Edinburgh so far. We would like to say a massive thank you to all the team, especially to Becca and Francesca who help us since the first contact with the agency. They are very professional and helpful. We were renting with them for 3 years and we can say they are the best agency ever. After 8 months with another agency, we back to them because is the only agency we can trust. If you can find a flat to rent with them, please, go ahead! Every time that we have had a little problem they response very quick and they find the solution so fast. We hope to be with them the time that we will be living in Edinburgh.
