I'd rented a 1 bedroom flat from Umega for 3 years and they are easily the best rental experience I've ever had. Whenever there was a problem there was a response within 24 hours or if emergency within an hour, the team we're always kind, courteous and keen to help out and answer any questions I had. The repairs team are absolutely spot on, I cannot stress enough how this is easily the best letting agents in all of Edinburgh. Umega seem to be one of the best Edinburgh letting agents! Although we could not proceed due to family circumstances, they were so compassionate and accommodating for our situation (which is really rare in estate agencies!) The 2 Rebeccas in particular were really lovely too and open and honest. If things change for us we will definitely be going back through Umega! :) Very responsive and seem to genuinely care about tenants as well as landlords. :)

Honestly the best letting agent I've ever used and I'll certainly use them again in the future should I end up moving again. Far superior to other agents in every way - the communication is fantastic and they never leave you hanging (if you have or haven't been successful in a flat application for example), and you don't have to chase anyone up for information. As well as timely replies, every member of staff that has contacted me and my partner has been extremely friendly and professional and have made the whole process of applying for a flat quick and easy. The application form and follow up forms are a lot easier to understand and complete than others I have used in the past, and their website is both aesthetic and easy to navigate. I'm very excited to move into my first Umega flat at the end of the week and my partner and I will certainly be recommending them to all our friends and family. Would give more than 5 stars if I could! Feel like what I write for a review doesn't even give them justice - very happy! ☺️
