As a student in Edinburgh trying to rent a flat, we aren’t always treated particularly pleasantly (read: mass viewings with around 50 students competing for a semi-decent flat) Umega has been brilliant! We mainly met and dealt with Scott who was always friendly and very helpful. He even smiled and laughed through our excited squeals for a blanket fort cupboard (a student necessity!). After a few technical/admin hiccups in the letting process, Umega remained very helpful and gracious. We cannot recommend Umega enough! 10/10

I let a property through Umega for 4 years. Umega was communicative and helped us sort out any repairs in a timely manner (including having a new boiler fitted when the old one broke and replacing a broken washing machine and refrigerator). I had no issues start to finish. Callum was an excellent property manager, always polite and friendly. I recommend letting a property through Umega.

I was with Umega lettings around 3 year in Edinburgh. For any issues and help most of the time I am touch with staff 'Nikki'. She was very wonderful, supportive and helpful during my stay in the property. She made my exist very simple and haven't lost much deposit for the damage of the property. Umega Lettings is a very good and excellent in managing and maintaining the property with their routine checks (alarms, boiler, electricity, etc.). They got a very good maintenance team (David). Thanks to Umega Lettings for the opportunity to stay in there selected property. I wish them good luck in near future. We had lots of help with getting the flat and after that we could contact them anytime of the day. I was able to complete everything between the viewing and collecting keys including the initial application, and signing the lease, online and through e-mail. Excellent customer service. Always professional and helpful in meeting customer needs. I contacted Umega on a Monday to arrange a viewing of a flat for my son. Viewed the next day and all formalities completed in 5 days to allow my son to move in on the following Monday. All accomplished within 6 days. Fast tracking at best.
