Kim Craven was a right mix of professionalism and friendliness. Very pleasant and quick in responding to all the queries. The online application process was quick and hassle free. The house is very well maintained and beautiful. All the necessary information about the house is sent along with rental agreement. As a landlord, I cannot speak highly enough about Umega's service. Bruce was extremely helpful in coordinating the repair and cleaning to get our flat ready for rental. Natasha helped on advertising and got the property rented out in two weeks! This is followed by David-the property manager who helped to address any maintenance issue with tenants. Like any rental property, there will be repair issues from time to time. But I found the omega's own maintenance team and their contractors are very efficient-as a landlord, highly recommend them!

I could not be happier with the service Umega have provided me with. I was so worried that the process of letting out my flat would be stressful and complicated but between Mohammad and Emily, it's been so straightforward and clear from the start.
