I am a new tenant with Umega, but so far everything has been totally painless. In particular (and I admit this is partially just a sign of how times have changed since I last went through the process...) I was able to complete everything between the viewing and collecting keys including the initial application, and signing the lease, online and through e-mail. That makes a big difference when you work full time! Kim and the team have been helpful, friendly, and efficient throughout the process, and I look forward to several happy years in my new flat.
