We had a slight hiccup with the start of our tenancy. Umega swung into action and sorted the problem out with impressive efficiency and thought and organised temporary accommodation until our flat was ready . Can’t recommend this company enough.

They have been responsive, helpful, and overall great about any inquiries, fixes, and any other issues (which have been very rare). Emily was fantastic to deal with throughout the process of viewing a property, through to receiving an offer to let it. We were offered another apartment which slightly better suited our needs so didn't take this one through Umega in the end. Emily was very understanding of this, despite the time and trouble she and the landlord took to on our application not resulting in us letting the property.

Umega helped us a lot when we were moving to Edinburgh, including discussing locations and transport to our respective places of work, how the energy efficiency rating systems works, and other minor things we had not considered before looking for rented accommodation. Very friendly staff, highly recommended!
