Have been with Umega for a year now and have been very impressed, particularly with Simon, our property manager. We have just had our first new let and Kim was brilliant - she kept us informed at all times and ensured we were happy at all stages. Delighted to have such a smooth move to new tenants.

They have been responsive, helpful, and overall great about any inquiries, fixes, and any other issues (which have been very rare). If I end up moving, I would definitely rent through them again, Very glad to be a part of the Umega family :)

Emily was fantastic to deal with throughout the process of viewing a property, through to receiving an offer to let it. We were offered another apartment which slightly better suited our needs so didn't take this one through Umega in the end. Emily was very understanding of this, despite the time and trouble she and the landlord took to on our application not resulting in us letting the property.
