I’d like to say a huge thank you to Theresa from Umega for going above and beyond today. After I accidentally locked myself out, she kindly cycled over after finishing work at 5pm to bring me a spare set of keys. It was completely unexpected and incredibly appreciated. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help outside of normal hours really made a stressful situation so much easier. Excellent service and a genuine credit to the letting agency.

I recently had an issue with my front door, contacted Jason at Umega and wihtin 5 minutes of reporting it, he had contacted a locksmith, who phoned me to arrange a time later that day to come out and view the issue. Within 2 hours of reporting the issue its now been fixed. Both Jason at Umega and the Locksmith Fraser were great.

Been renting a property through Umega for about a year now and would thoroughly recommend. Quick, clear communication around any issues/requests from our end (including a change of flatmate), and the clear and easy to use online portal is great too. Millie has been super helpful throughout and couldn’t have done anything more to help us. Would 100% recommend!
