I've found my whole dealing with Umega very positive since the beginning of my tenancy in January. Having had my first inspection yesterday, carried out with Susan Bennet, I can honestly say it was the most stress free, comfortable inspection I've ever had. Susan was professional, polite and very easy to talk to being so down to earth. Susan really respected my home and was super lovely to my dog, he could have had her in all day with all the attention she was giving him which I really appreciated. Susan has just recently been assigned to myself and her communication has been tremendous, which makes me feel much ease moving forward. I absolutely feel Susan goes the extra mile within her role as Portfolio Manager and genuinely cares, I definitely feel like I am in good hands. Umega are great to work with! We were looking for a short tenancy whilst away from our property and Umega were up for the challenge.
