After moving in, we noticed that the carpets were not as clean as expected. Millie immediately took this up with the landlord and handled everything efficiently. Some carpets were replaced and the others were professionally cleaned, all arranged promptly and without any hassle for us. We really appreciated the responsiveness, transparency, and care shown throughout. It made a big difference, especially as new tenants settling into a new home.
