Having moved to the UK from the west coast of Canada, where landlords and agencies exist to seemingly make your life harder, our experience with Umega, and specifically our portfolio manager, Gonca, has been beyond lovely. Quick communication, rapid fixes to even minor problems; it is a breath of fresh air to feel cared for from a rental agency. Cannot recommend enough.

I’d like to say a huge thank you to Theresa from Umega for going above and beyond today. After I accidentally locked myself out, she kindly cycled over after finishing work at 5pm to bring me a spare set of keys. It was completely unexpected and incredibly appreciated. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help outside of normal hours really made a stressful situation so much easier. Excellent service and a genuine credit to the letting agency.
