Millie at Umega informed me that the tenant at my property had requested that the existing broadband connection be upgraded to full fibre broadband. I knew nothing about full fibre broadband installation, and so I wanted to know exactly what I would be agreeing to. Millie was helpful in addressing any concerns I had, and promptly contacted the tenant with any questions I had. Millie was quick to let me know the tenant’s responses. I happily gave the go ahead feeling I was able to make an informed decision.
