Franklin is an absolute gem! He even stepped in during a property inspection to baptise my youngest when the priest was a no show. Absolute life saver, would recommend him as a property manager and for baptisms.

Don't know about the rest of em but Franklin has been a shooting star from star(t) to finish! When we needed the boiler replaced, he even came in to supervise the work. A++
