Having heard so many positive reviews of Umega, I decided to look for a rental flat with them. After being offered a flat, loads of technical issues came along the way due to the varying policies of other letting agencies, almost resulting in the withdrawal of the offer. After informing the negotiating team about my sticky situation, I expected a complete withdrawal of my application. However, to my disbelief, they went above and beyond to negotiate with the landlord to secure the flat my partner, and I wanted! I am incredibly grateful to the team for all their hard work and for making the entire process feel more personal than just another "client", especially to Rebecca Fenwick, who constantly reassured me throughout the process and went beyond her duty to help us secure the flat. I 110% would recommend Umega if you are looking for an agency that is personal, responsive and trustable. The overall experience was better than expected from start to end!

I've watched them grow in sophistication with regards to how often they confirm the accommodation is safe and sound; as well as how quickly they are able to respond to any need for repairs. I contacted Umega about our property that we wanted to rent out as we were moving abroad and didn't want to leave the property unoccupied. When I was starting this journey, I was very confused as to how it would go. But Kim and later Alex guided me so well even when I was abroad on duty travel. Their communication was impeccable. As tenants, Umega always respond quickly to our requests and send out their maintenance team within a few days to fix anything. The online repairs system is a little glitchy but the guys always great.

From a landlord perspective, it has been a very good experience to date. Felt like a more modern approach compared to other agents we have used. They assisted with all required docs, certificates, painting and general DIY. Staff very responsive and proactive. Would recommend.
