Speedy responses to emails, maintenance issues resolved quickly and communicated to us throughout. Our uPod 1 team are all very friendly and we feel like we know them as well, due to the introductions we received in initial emails. Digital reporting of maintenance issues and acknowledgement of rents payments are great too - small details but they make life simpler for us!
