We believe this is a fake review. We have checked our estate agency and accounting systems and can find no record of ever acting for anyone called Andy or Andrew Chan. We will undertake a further thorough check on Monday however we are concluding at present that this is a fake review by one of our competitors seeking to undermine our excellent reputation. In any case, we do not and have never charged a client any more than £250 in fees to withdraw from the market.

You are not a client of this firm and we have no record of ever having any communication with you. If however you have a genuine grievance please contact mail@neilsons.co.uk. We researched our client database and found no client by the name of Stephanie Demarco therefore please update your review with your real name and details on the nature of the service we provided to you to enable us to investigate your review. Should you fail to provide these vital details we would have to conclude that based on the information provided that your review is in fact unfounded and submitted maliciously by either a business competitor or by a member of the public attempting to undermine our good reputation.
