Both our sale and then purchase of our new property were handled by Aidan. I could not fault the service and he made the whole process easy and stress free. Our property sold very quickly and the price we achieved was beyond our expectations. We were continually provided updates on the purchase of our new property and advised professionally throughout. If we were to move again in the future, we wouldn’t hesitate to use Neilsons.

As a first time buyer I was very overwhelmed and nervous about taking the leap, but I am so glad I did it with Neilsons. Both Anthea and Kara have supported me throughout the process, and have explained everything I needed to know in great detail. Nothing has ever been too much to ask, and I have had many many questions! The service has been very professional and I can't thank everyone enough for their help. Knowledgeable and meticulous! Kara and her colleagues were extremely helpful and responsive to all our questions and concerns. It was our first home purchase, and she was with us every step of the way. When we bumped in to some issues with developers throughout the process, she negotiated on our behalf and was tough when needed. Overall, she made something tremendously stressful a pleasant experience, and helped us to get back to being excited about our first home together! I would use Neilsons again in future and recommend them to friends and family.
