Good value for money and professional service when buying house through the team and helpful with area sales stats for pitching my offer. Did have to chase up couple minor things but no concerns. Went extra mile hand delivering keys to me when RRS Ltd sent them to Neilsons instead of allowing me to collect from selling agent

Very good service from start to finish and excellent communication from Aidan. Go to him with your eyes closed, he made the whole process of buying a place easy and was on top of everything at all times, making sure I knew what was going on and where we were at all times. He's a credit to Neilsons and I will wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a property. Thanks Aidan !

Fantastic service from start to finish. Aidan helped me every step of the way, from getting an offer accepted to finally receiving the keys to my flat. Absolutely delighted with the way everything was dealt with and the communication from himself was second to none. A potentially stressful experience made enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Having now concluded my second property sale this year via Neilsons I would once again like to commend the service which I received. The marketing part of the sale was performed by Neilsons at Corstorphine, and the service received from Denise was excellent throughout. The conveyancing was taken care of by Marjorie and Kara at Picardy Place, and as per my previous review was very highly satisfactory throughout the process, right up to conclusion. In summary my second experience with Neilsons now consolidates my previous review in which I gave my highest recommendations in every respect!

An excellent service from start to finish. We were part exchanging our house and buying a new house. Neilsons dealt with everything very smoothly and kept me informed throughout the transaction. All went to plan on time and took a lot of stress out of the house move. Would recommend.

I have bought a flat and could not be happier that it was Neilsons dealing with the whole process. The staff are amazing, especially Anthea that was working on my case. She was nice and polite and helpful and was always there if I had any questions. She made the process of buying the flat so smooth and easy for me, I could not be more graetful.

I very fortunately dropped by Neilsons to collect details of properties and Ms Townsend lead me into her office and gave me the benefit of her 37 years experience in the property market in Edinburgh. She spent two hours searching properties in my price range and advised me on suitable properties and three days later we secured a very good deal. She negotiated the deal and we are very grateful to her. We will definitely use Neilsons again. Thank you very much.
