Kara & Marjorie were very helpful during my first flat buying. They helped me research sensible prices and put in offers for free - which is very good, as bidding alone is nervewracking. We chose Neilsons at Picardy Place for our recent property sale & purchase based upon a recommendation from a friend, and we were not disappointed. Throughout the entire process Marjorie & Kara were excellent to deal with in all respects. All communications were very fast and at all times dealt with in a very professional manner. Marjorie & Karas experience and dedication to our somewhat problematic sale were of great benefit, and provided a high level of reassurance throughout. They are quite arrogant and can completely ignore your offer. Will not reply to you. Ignore our emails. Now that I see the house they represent, I won't consider it.
