I can honestly say that dealing with Neilsons was hastle free from start to finish. Emails and phone calls were dealt with promptly. We had our house on the market within days of our pre sale visit. Every member of the Neilsons team that dealt with our sale and purchase were first class. I cannot recommend Neilsons highly enough.

I just recently purchased my first flat with Neilsons, and Aidan at the Picardy Place office couldn't have been more helpful. From the start, he gave me great advice which without doubt helped in getting the property and kept me up to date throughout the mortgage process when completing the purchase I'm delighted with the service I got at Neilsons and would definitely use them again in the future.

As first time buyers the process can be rather daunting, however having Aidan's professional knowledge and understanding made this experience completely stress free! He was always available to call and email with any stupid questions and couldn't have been more helpful. He was a dream to work with and I would recommend him and Neilsons to anyone!

Our Mum was moving from our family home of 50 years which unsurprisingly presented as very stressful for her. Aidan handled the conveyancing (which involved a complex issue nearer the end) professionally and with great humanity while the sales team were attentive and efficient. I could not recommend Neilsons more highly.

Excellent and very thorough service throughout the entire process again from Neilsons. We were particularly impressed with the speed and frequency of communications as we progressed. Kara was fantastic in handling our conveyancing, and we had a friendly, entirely hassle-free experience and a very fair price. Highly recommended.

Very helpful and professional. The mortgage broker I had chosen (Habito) wasn't exactly fantastic but Kara went above and beyond to chase them so that the purchase could happen in time for the planned move in date. All things explained clearly and super easy to reach her via email / phone, I would definitely recommend Neilsons.

My house purchase was handled very professionally. I always received quick responses. Everything was done on time, despite being during the festive period. I originally dealt with Aidan until he went on annual leave but transition to Derek was handled smoothly and professionally. To top it off, I was offered a much cheaper quote than my original solicitor. Overall very happy

Amazing service, would recommend to anyone looking to deal with a professional and efficient company.
