Knowledgeable and meticulous! Kara and her colleagues were extremely helpful and responsive to all our questions and concerns. It was our first home purchase, and she was with us every step of the way. When we bumped in to some issues with developers throughout the process, she negotiated on our behalf and was tough when needed. Overall, she made something tremendously stressful a pleasant experience, and helped us to get back to being excited about our first home together! I would use Neilsons again in future and recommend them to friends and family.
