From the outset, communication was exemplary. Never had to wait long for an email reply. Info was given immediately when it was available. The sale finalised very quickly. Everyone I was in contact with was courteous, friendly and professional. Only downside was the dressing of our property which fell short in quality, but I won't let that affect my rating as that was a part of the process that was subcontracted.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I recently instructed Neilsons to act for me while purchasing a flat. I came to them after becoming frustrated with a different firm. It was a particularly tricky situation as I instructed them to make an offer just before the country went into lockdown so surveyors couldn't carry out valuations. The first solicitor I dealt with was furloughed and my case was handed to a different solicitor. Despite all these difficulties, both solicitors I dealt with at Neilsons were professional, warm, customer-focused and very calm and pragmatic. They helped me think through my decisions and carried out my instructions in a very timely manner. I couldn't be happier with the service I received and would recommend them and use them again myself. Neilsons LLP offer a great service at a very reasonable cost. I used Neilsons for purchase and sale - at each stage of the process I was kept fully up to date, communication was always prompt and clear. I can't recommend the team enough, particularly Kara and Denise. If I could give them six stars I would! Thank you again to the whole team at Neilsons LLP!
