Very helpful and professional. The mortgage broker I had chosen (Habito) wasn't exactly fantastic but Kara went above and beyond to chase them so that the purchase could happen in time for the planned move in date. All things explained clearly and super easy to reach her via email / phone, I would definitely recommend Neilsons.
