During this time, Anthony dealt with placing offers and Laura with conveyancing. Both of them were very professional, supportive and responsive. Whenever there was an issue on the seller's side, I felt they worked hard to resolve and explain it while also communicating it clearly to me. I am very grateful for their service.

I bought my first home with Neilson's which completed recently. Neilson's were really helpful at every step, answering my questions and reassuring me during moments of first time buyer anxiety! I worked mostly with Louise Wright and she was really responsive throughout.
