Call a lot of times and go in person to see if they could help me because I needed it and it was always the same answer. We will call you and since then they have never called me after years that is supposedly registered on the list.

I m a Mum of 4 my oldest is at university,I am also a dying mummy,I have a condition and I have less than 4 years remaining. We ve rented a house at 2700£/months gave 6 week deposit+agency fees+6 months rent Upfront. We arrived in the house was No Heater No water Big leak who generated No electricity. I have an autistic child who has been taken in EMMERGENCY by Health professional in crisis for the way we are "living"..Agency/Landlord asked me to make Fraud insurance because they didn t want to pay for any repair, disregarding that I ve paid them More than 20k! Today I ve received an email where they were telling me that they can t put heater and water because it is the way the house has been build. I ve took this house for "finish in beauty"if I can say...I m 1.72 I m now at 45 kg -9 kg since 1month and half since we ve Checked in in the house. Conor,Andrew residential has "hidden himself"I ve sent more than 20 emails calls messages etc...It is ONLY when he knew that I ll bring him to court that he decided to face me the dying Mum and the Dead Situation.
