Joseph showed us around a flat in Leith and was great despite it being a rainy day. Really appreciated him mentioning that if there was anything in the flat that we thought needed fixing to flag it to him there and then and he could raise it with the landlord. No one had ever offered that before and it made us feel reassured that this would (hopefully) be a good agent to rent with if accepted who care about the wellbeing of their tenants.
