This is my second year with Edinburgh Letting Centre, and Callum was assigned as a new property manager, he has done job very well, my HMO was due , Callum has sorted the applioaction with out any issue and was in touch with council to make sure all the queries were answered, and he has sorted the 3 year extension. Also, the letting part he is keeping us in the loop regarding rental paynments , and arranging various compliance . I would defenietly recomend if you are looking for trust worthy and efficient property letting agency.

ELC is probably the best letting agency I have ever rented with. In all the years with them, they've been extremely professional and prompt. The same applied to the last issue we had, that was beautifully sorted by their new employee, Karen. When we advised her that the situation we have reported was an emergency, she had it sorted the same day. Thank you all ELC employees for your work throughout the years, and thank you, Karen.

Abby was really nice and friendly and made me even love the property even more! She would make the best property manager and also was quick to give me feedback which was very appreciated! She has went above and beyond to make my reference process go smoothly and was quick to explain and find ways to make it more accessible for me.

I’ve had a really positive experience with Karen. She was incredibly helpful and responsive when I needed help with a couple of maintenance issues in my property. She quickly arranged for someone to install my washing machine and also managed to get a plumber out the same day to fix a leak — which was a huge relief! Communication was excellent throughout, and everything was sorted efficiently and professionally.
