My husband and I have been struggling to find a property since we are new in the country. We have been to a lot of agency but they will not accommodate us because we don’t have previous let reference, even though we can afford to pay for the rent and can provide a guarantor. It was stressful on our part because we are new and how can we provide them a previous let reference if we just came to the country with no let experience?! Good thing! We came a cross to this beautiful property managed by ELC. Tom who is very kind and extremely helpful and to add he is responsive every step of the way. He is the reason why we are not homeless. Kidding aside. We were thankful to him because he expedited our application and was able to secure the flat in just a week so we could move in immediately because staying in a hotel is so expensive. So from tenant’s perspective, I must say ELC is the best letting agent anyone could have and agent Tom will give you 5* luxury experience and treatment. Any issues was dealt with very promptly.
