I had a really positive experience with the letting agency. Finlay was very friendly, professional and helpful during the flat viewing, and took the time to answer all my questions. The viewing was well organised and the whole process has been straightforward.

I genuinely can’t thank Alex enough for all his help. From the very beginning, he has been there throughout every stage of the process and has always been so approachable, patient and willing to help with anything I’ve needed.
There have been quite a few things to deal with along the way, but having someone like Alex who I could easily contact, ask questions and rely on for help made such a difference. He has always kept me updated, explained things clearly and gone out of his way to help whenever he could.

I come from a high end yachting background, and have generally found letting agents pretty terrible. Slow communication or unable to help solve issues/problems. However our property manager, Nazgul Galieva has been unbelievable - since first communications to now. Fast replies and she always gets issues sorted or redirects as needed. I feel you are wasted in this industry. You’d be an excellent Purser on the yachts haha. You 100% make our letting experience fantastic. Thank you so much.
