I come from a high end yachting background, and have generally found letting agents pretty terrible. Slow communication or unable to help solve issues/problems. However our property manager, Nazgul Galieva has been unbelievable - since first communications to now. Fast replies and she always gets issues sorted or redirects as needed. I feel you are wasted in this industry. You’d be an excellent Purser on the yachts haha. You 100% make our letting experience fantastic. Thank you so much.

Reply from ELC Sales & Lettings: Thank you so much, Sasha, for such a fantastic review! Coming from a high-end yachting background, where we know exceptional service and attention to detail are expected, your comments about Nazgul mean a great deal to us. We’re delighted that Nazgul’s responsiveness, communication and determination to get things sorted have made such a positive difference to your experience with ELC. She’ll be absolutely thrilled to read this! We’re not quite ready to lose her to the yachting world just yet though! 😄 We think we’ll be holding on to her for a while longer. Thank you again for your kind words and, most importantly, for recognising Nazgul’s efforts. We really appreciate it. The ELC Sales & Lettings Team
