I have only recently started renting from Arden. I must say the entire experience has been great. I started by talking to Azaia who helped find me a property that suited me. Once I found a flat I liked, Morag helped me with the application process, answered all my questions and was understanding when any issues popped up. Now I have Ali as my property manager, he is fair and reasonable, any requests or issues are promptly dealt with. Would I recommend Arden properties? Absolutely, it seems to be a common theme that the staff are just helpful, friendly and responsive. I genuinely don't know what more you can ask for out of your property manager.

As a landlord living afar, and with letting regulations becoming increasingly complex, I required a letting agent to look after my Edinburgh property. When I decided to let my flat in Edinburgh, Arden Property Management were my first stop because I had experience of them from the tenant point of view when I was a student and I found them then to be excellent in terms of communication and fairness. Arden are experts at marketing the property, and did not take long at all to find suitable tenants for me. Catriona appointed Otilia Scarlett-Streatfield as my property manager and I find the service to be very efficient, meaning that I do not have to worry about my property at all as I know it is in good hands.
