My Partner and I have just exchanged contracts on a first time buy through David Evans. We were communicating with possibly the most helpful, enthusiastic and cheerful gentleman either of us have had the pleasure of working with. Jonathan was understanding considering we were essentially clueless to the process being first time buyers. Not only was his telephone manner wonderful, he even went to the trouble to ask how my grocery shopping was going when he called during my weekly run! We're we not in the middle of a pandemic, we would have taken him for a drink to say thank you. I have never received such wonderful and attentive service, offering advice and keeping us informed every step of the way. Jonathan could possibly be compared to an estate agent god, if you believe in such things! I would recommend him to everyone who wanted buy, sell or rent a property.
