Jonathan was understanding considering we were essentially clueless to the process being first time buyers. Not only was his telephone manner wonderful, he even went to the trouble to ask how my grocery shopping was going when he called during my weekly run! We're we not in the middle of a pandemic, we would have taken him for a drink to say thank you. I have never received such wonderful and attentive service, offering advice and keeping us informed every step of the way.
