Wow! What can I say? Perfect agents/landlords. My wife and I have been renting a 2 bedroom house from David Evans for the past 2 years. We're relocating out of the area, but if we weren't we wouldn't consider renting from anyone else. It's simply been the best experience of renting either of us have ever had. David and the team have been professional, attentive, and very respectful of our privacy. Always there when we need them, but basically left us to it otherwise.

I have no financial commitment to David Evans but he does manage the flat above my own. I recently had problems with a very noisy neighbour and asked as they where managing the property to have a word. We have recently exchanged contracts on the sale of our current house and purchase of our new house - both through David Evans.
