Having not used an Estate agent for over 20 years we contacted David Evans first as we know they have been a staple part of Eastleigh High Street for many years. I was tempted to use an online service to save some money but after meeting with Jon I knew that signing with David Evans was the way to go. The whole process from meeting Jon to completing has only taken 8 weeks, and with the help of the team at David Evans we have secured our dream home. I was really suprised at how much work David Evans have put in to get the sale completed and Graham has been very persistant in pushing things along and getting things done. The whole team at David Evans has been great and it's been very good value. If you thinking of selling in and around Eastleigh don't use anyone else!
