Couldn’t recommend David Evans Estate Agents especially Tony Kemp enough! He has been fantastic in the process of buying our house. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable and engaging. My husband and I were very pleased with the service we received from David Evan's, particularly from John who was mainly involved in both a search for a property and also offering valuations on our current home. They're fees are priced very fairly and they are an extremely approachable team with no 'pushy' techniques, which we found from other estate agents in our area. I would confidently recommend David Evan's to any of our friends any family and they would be our first choice of estate agent should we need one in the future.
