I have no financial commitment to David Evans but he does manage the flat above my own. I recently had problems with a very noisy neighbour and asked as they where managing the property to have a word. I am pleased to say this was handled in a professional and delicate way as you would expect from a professional company. Good PR and dealt with quickly. Very impressed with all that. Mike
