I would not hesitate to recommend the team at David Evans estate agents! Graham has been absolutely fantastic throughout the sale of my mother-in-law’s house when she needed to go into a care home. There have been a ‘lot’ of complications along the way (no-one’s fault), but Graham has worked relentlessly with all parties involved to finally complete the sale today. He has kept me informed constantly throughout, for which I am extremely grateful.
