I had an excellent experience with Curchods in East Horsley throughout my flat purchase. The whole team were incredibly efficient, communicative, and supportive from start to finish. They were always quick to get answers, acted as a brilliant liaison between all parties, and made the entire process feel much smoother than I expected. A special thank you to Lucy, she was outstanding at every stage. On the day of my viewing it was very hot, and after realising we'd walked from Horsley station she kindly offered us a lift back to save us a long walk back in the heat. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really showed how much she cares about her clients. Lucy's professionalism and kindness continued throughout the process. I also want to mention Adam and Nina, who were always polite, charming, and genuinely helpful whenever I called. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and they kept everything moving promptly. They are an excellent team and gave me a brilliant experience. I'm very grateful for all their help and look forward to seeing them again. I really highly recommend them.
