The work completed by MPL and the selected contractors was to a very high standard and the attention to detail, second to none. Adam and Esme were honest and realistic about the state of the market and what we could achieve, which helped us set the right price quickly rather than ask for something too ambitious. Once the sale was agreed in principle they worked hard to make sure the sale completed with minimum fuss, and were as successful as one can probably expect to be in the current market - i.e. there were issues but they overcame them well.
