Martyn Gerrard

Review Rose Capina / Martyn Gerrard East Finchley

We recently renewed a lease with our tenants. Our agent is Martyn Gerrard in East Finchley. Rose has been of immense help with this renewal. Her eye for detail, commitment to client satisfaction and detailed knowledge of the IT system is commendable. I do hope Martyn Gerrard will provide her with the necessary training and opportunities to further her career. My husband joins me in thanking her for her support. We wish her the very best with her career.

Thank you for sorting out the renewal of the tenancy on my house. The whole process was very smoothly conducted, even when there were small changes needed to complete the agreement, these seemed never to be a problem for you. It was always an absolute delight to talk to you and even though a reduction in the fee was not possible, you made this fact somewhat more palatable Hope this is ok. Cheers Richard.

efficient, organised, professional, excellent follow up communication skills

Marc found me a tenant very quickly, very good communication throughout the process and offered feedback after viewings.

Amazing service.

Ryan has been a star in our search for a property. He has taken our requirements and found a place that is beyond our expectations and within our budget. It was not an easy find, and after many viewings, including with other agents from other agencies, I have to say that no one will look after you as well as Ryan does. He has put a lot of time and effort to make things work, and I am so grateful. A big thank you to Ryan, your work is appreciated.

Excellent Service

Ryan Rainford at Martyn Gerrard has been excellent with my search for a property. He was informative, honest and non pushy. He kept me updated and gave me plenty of options suiting my requirements. I appreciate it's a tough business they are in and sometimes we have preconceptions with estate agents. I would happily recommend Ryan and Martyn Gerrard as an agency that will help you find a property with a feeling of being provided a service rather than just another transaction. . I will utilise his services in the future and happily refer to friends.

Friendly and helpful

Kimberley was very friendly and helpful. She was always happy to help with any questions or enquiries I had.

Ryan Rainford has been a great agent to deal with. Very informative, transparent and helpful from start to finish. Would defiantly recommend to anyone looking to rent in the area. Superb service!

Easy and pleasant to deal with

They were very helpful throughout the whole process which itself was very smooth and straightforward. Would definitely recommend!

Professional service

I've been really happy with the service Martyn Gerrard in East Finchley offered. The staff have all been very professional and they got lots of viewings of our property. Unfortunately we decided to take our house off the market because we couldn't find anywhere to buy, but MG were able to get us good offers which other agents couldn't do. So I will definitely use them when we do eventually come to sell. in the future.
