Martyn Gerrard

Well organised and professional

Ercan was very helpful, he kept me up to date and made the process as painless as possible. Many thanks.

I felt in safe hands with Martyn Gerrard

I am pleased that I chose Martyn Gerrard as my estate agent for selling my flat as they were also the agent for the flat I was buying. Having one contact person for my sale and purchase - Ercan Aziz - made everything so much easier. Buying and selling property is so stressful and a good estate agent will help take some of that pressure off you. Ercan did a stellar job following up and trying to please both seller and buyer which isn't always easy. All in all a great experience, and I would highly recommend Martyn Gerrard and Ercan. The entire team were on the ball and pleasant to deal with.

Property Sale - A beyond expectation service

Fantastic service by Dario at Martyn Gerrard East Finchley. Definitely exceeded expectation with his diplomatic manner and his ability to manage difficult situations and people very well. He always had a solution to a problem, never giving up when it looked like the sale may fall through. His professionalism was appreciated, he communicated extremely well throughout the process. His network of Solicitors and understanding of the people involved is definitely an asset, acting as mediator on many occasions to overcome challenges. There are not too many people you come across that exceed your expectation, very impressed! Regards Arun

Excellent service

We put our suburb property on the market with MG and another agent which usually caters more for the HG suburb. MG were far more proactive with their selling and brought us many more viewings and finally an offer we are now completing. Despite several delays in the chain, Dario's worked hard to keep things together - he was supportive and patient through the whole process. Would highly recommend.

House purchase in East Finchley

We have been looking for a house in East Finchley with very specific location and criteria. Dario understood the brief, listened and found a property. Dario did a great job chasing up the parties including ourselves to get to completion and managing the chain. We were very happy with Dario.

Thanks James Demetriou

James Demetriou managed the house we rented out for two years. James was always courteous, calm and quick to respond to any issues that arose. He brought a wealth of experience and common sense to the process.

Professional and curtious service

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Paul Pogozelskis over the last 18 months and can honestly say he has always been a pleasure to deal with. He is very professional, courteous and obliging.

Outstanding efficiency with positive attitude and great follow up.

I dealt with Karema Niles from the East Finchley branch. She had a very in depth knowledge of the local market place and secured the right tenants at the right price. Throughout the process she was efficient and professional. Karema followed everything up immediately and would go the extra mile to get things done quickly. Well done!

Exellent service
