Joe Liddane The Trusted Agent

Likeable, effective agent, easy to work with

We really enjoyed collaborating with Ronak and are very grateful for a successful outcome. She knows her business well and has a no nonsense honest, approach to her job. She worked hard for us as part of a very effective, well managed team in Martyn Gerrard's East Finchley branch. Like all her colleagues she was professional, courteous, responsive, empathetic, and focused on our needs. It was obvious that there is a well defined method behind MG’s approach to its clients and this was most reassuring.

Sale of 2 Flats in East Finchley

Thank you Ronak for all your efforts and hard work over the past 9 months. My sales have clearly been drawn out but you have always been fully engaged, approachable, and continually keeping me up to date with the saliant factors driving the sales. You have been very proffesional throughout (and I am sure to all parties) and your determination to hone-in and eventually complete the sales have been very impressive and extremely helpful to me. Thank you so much and I would have no hesitation in recommending you to others. Shuab

Superb service with a smile

Ronak and the team at Martyn Gerrard East Finchley have been a delight to work with. Ronak has been warm, friendly yet professional and it's obvious from the word go that she cares about her clients. I highly recommend Ronak to anyone. Even other rather difficult to deal with estate agents are impressed with her. Thank you. Wayne

Dario Esposito was brilliant

We bought our home through Martyn Gerrard and received exceptional service through their agent Dario Esposito. Dario was very communicative throughout the sales process and helped keep the chain intact whilst the conveyancing process took longer than we'd all liked. He was very professional and went above and beyond. We've worked with many agents over the years as we are in the property business ourselves and think Dario is first class. I'd highly recommend him to anyone (and have already to friends and family).

Incredible estate agent

Karine has been extremely helpful throughout the whole property search. She is very knowledgable and organised. What makes Karine stand out is her personality. She is incredibly personable, down to earth, and genuinely had our best interests at heart. She made us feel comfortable and reassured during the various stages of the property search. Other estate agents have not taken such care and only seem to want to get their commission! Karine is both professional and fun, making the process so much more pleasurable. I highly recommend her and Martyn Gerrard.

if only there were more Kimberley Harrington's

I have been with MG for over 3 years now as a landlord. This is the first time that I have anyone come to me to remind me of renewal time. So it was very refreshing when Kimberley contacted us to remind us that our tenant was due up for renewal. As a landlord this service was invaluable. Kimberley was super helpful, friendly and reassuring too. Also great with advice on different options. She was very efficient with her emails and calls. Always contactable ( no passing from pillar to post). Thank you Kimberley for all your help my faith has so far been restored thanks to you..

Dario Esposito

To whom this may concern; They say that moving houses is one of the most stressful things you can go through. Unfortunately after having had our first flat for just 18months my husband and I needed to move quite quickly to be closer to family. The thought of having to go through it all again so soon was not a pleasant one. Dario made the process of buying our new property so much easier. From the very first viewing he understood what we were looking for and kept us up-to date with progress at every stage. He was always prompt in replying to my queries and facilitated communication between my husband and I and our sellers. We never felt that we were taking up too much of his time, even though I’m sure he would’ve had a lot of other work on at the time. I’m sure I must’ve asked many questions more than once, but he was always polite, friendly and patient. Most importantly he always made sure he was in the loop, he liaised with Dexters who were selling our old flat in South West London and he always followed through with what he said he would do. I think people underestimate how important trust and follow through are in a relationship. I would just like to say that I was so impressed that I spoke to his manager and asked whether I could provide a review, I wasn’t asked to. He is a real credit to the team and to the reputation of the company and I would just like to express how incredibly grateful we are for all of his efforts. I would be more than comfortable recommended the service to anyone locally who is thinking of selling or renting their property.
