Having bought and sold from Robinsons in our past transaction 8 years ago, we were keen to give them the opportunity to value our property for sale on this occasion too. Their valuation was honest and well researched unlike other local larger agents who compared our property to ones 5/6 miles away in a very different town. Once on the market, the property was sold within a few days, and even when that initial sale fell through, it was re-marketed again and sold a 2nd time within another few days.
