Having attempted unsuccessfully with another supposed 'high end' estate agent in Dorking we were left bitterly disappointed given their unrealistic over-promise and under-delivery. We initially brought in the services of Jackson Stops and Staff (JSS) to value our property and bid for our business. We also brought in the aforementioned agent as we had used a previous branch before. We were splitting hairs and the only reason the other company got our business was our previous experience with another branch: this was a mistake which cost us in terms of time and lots of effort in poor quality viewings. Recently JSS sold my house near Reigate: quite a difficult house to sell as it was quite quirky in character - a one-off! The added difficulty was the general downward trend in house prices over the past eighteen months and I was in the tricky position of not being able to accept offers.
