Jackson-Stops - Dorking

We had a thoroughly good experience with J-S Dorking. After trying tow other agents, J-S provided a totally different, more tailored and innovative and enthusiastic approach to our sale . They clearly understood the nature of our house, which was not a straightforward sale, and sought out, successfully, a very different market from the pervious agents. The proof was that we sold our house. The entire team were good to deal with and very pleasant. We should like to single out Chris Fairclough for particular praise as he was a very steady hand on our sale. We always felt that Chris was "on our side" and not just looking for commission. He was thoroughly involved. We were always well advised as to progress with weekly reports. We should be very happy to recommend J-S Dorking.

Lucy and the team are absolutely excellent. We bought a property through them. They kept us informed on what houses were coming on stream, and got us in at the earliest possible opportunity to see a house in the area we were most interested in. They enthused us tremendously during our initial viewing, and played the role of honest broker throughout the buying process. They were always upbeat, hugely helpful and informative, and were able to calm us down when things got a little stressful. Highly recommended outfit.

This is a very genuine and honest account of our experience with Jackson - Stops estate agents in Dorking. We decided to market our house last summer, we called in several local estate agents who all gave us similar appraisals - we decided to go with JS in Dorking just on instinct really, they seemed very keen to find us the right buyer, I didn’t want to be bombarded with herds of people viewing my home which they understood and even in a very difficult market they managed to find us a buyer within a week of marketing our property. The sale proceeded and we completed in December. Thank you Lucy for handling our sale, and everyone at the Dorking office for always being so efficient and helpful.

We at Off The Fence Trust (homeless and vulnerable people charity) have been clients of Lawton & Dawe for some time. They support us by giving great service and advice - and by doing crazy things like swimming in the sea on Christmas Day, joining in our Big Sleep Out and wearing woolly hats to raise money for us. Lucy, Pippa and all the team are fantastic, friendly and determined to end the misconceptions people have about estate agents. Try them and see!

I've found them to be pro-active, with practical advice and effective action. I don't live near Brighton and so as a landlord it's vital that I work with an agent that I can trust in every way, especially in the current crisis. I'm very glad I found Lawton & Dawe and can recommend them

I have been a landlord with them for over 7 years. Very efficient and responsive service. Really helpful when it comes to organising repairs renovations of my let property, as well as getting good tennants. Thanks to Lucy, Pippa, Laura and the rest of the team.

I have to say everyone at lawton and dawe are really helpful, friendly and professional. They made renting my new flat in Brighton a breeze. Thanks guys, from the viewing to moving in, this was a quick and simple job, not the same as I have experienced before.

I have several rental properties up and down the country, and i use various letting agents for all of them; Lawton and Dawe are the best of the best. Great service, really friendly & very helpful. 10/10. After using them for 10 years, I am very happy with the service, and throughly re3commend them.
